Growing up in a Real Estate family with his father being the Director of a suburban real estate agency, Daniel's involvement with and avid interest in real estate began at a young age. At 17 he completed his Real Estate Sales Representatives license course and on his 18th birthday became the youngest registered Sales Rep actively working in Western Australia. On the same day, he also made his first personal property purchase and has steadily built a considerable portfolio of real estate in the years since.
After a hiatus from Real Estate to pursue other interests Daniel returned to the industry to work closely with Rob Druitt (REIWA President 2006-2009 and Grand Master Sales Person) as his Sales Associate. During Daniel's time in this position he was integral in assisting Rob to grow his sales from 66 properties in the first year, to 85 in the second year, and well on track for 100 in the third.
Daniel has been involved in the sale of a wide variety of real estate, from 2 bedroom units to new development projects & multi million dollar ocean front property. This diverse role has provided him with direct experience selling homes of all sizes and a comprehensive knowledge of Scarborough and the surrounding areas.
