Our business has been delivering professional real estate services since 1972 and we have been in our current location on Scarborough Beach Road in Doubleview since 1983. The company, initially under the guidance of Paul Druitt, quickly gained a reputation for professionalism and honesty. Paul, a past president of The Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) and a member of the Real Estate & Business Agents Board (REBA), recognised the qualities that clients value when conducting a real estate transaction and his philosophy remains entrenched in our culture today.

Although Paul retired in 2000, our company has retained a culture of quality & integrity above all else. The current leadership team of Roger Shead, Rob Druitt & Kate Saunders have driven the company forward and are dedicated to the continued improvement of our business. Our diverse skills, decades of experience and focus is what allows us to remain leaders in our field. Our knowledge of legislation is matched by our innovative and hands on approach, to always achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Property Management

We offer dedicated and experienced Property Managers who are able to care for both unfurnished, furnished and fully furnished & equipped properties.  With over 1000 properties under our management across Perth, we work very hard to exceed the expectations of our clients at all times. With the support and guidance of a hands on management team, our Property Managers attend ongoing training and adhere to our company policies which translates to a high level of service being provided to our clients. Property Management is no longer just a matter of collecting and remitting rentals, it is a specialised area of Real Estate practice which has to be geared to handle both the physical and financial complexities of property ownership today.   Our department is structured to ensure that there is a fully conversant member of staff available to step in and manage our portfolios during times of staff leave. This further ensures that our clients receive a proactive and consistent level of service. Our Property Management department is supported by an effective and dedicated administrative team headed by our Department Manager. Most Property Management tasks involve a financial transaction at some point and we have evolved our systems and procedures around checklists which are finalised by our Department Manager. This ensures that your properties are effectively managed to our expected standard.



Our team of leasing consultants work alongside our Property Management department and are focused on ensuring that the best results are achieved for your property.  The provision of this service has ensured that our Owners enjoy reduced vacancy periods and maximised rental returns whilst ensuring that their properties are leased to a quality tenant with strong, verified credentials.  The team works 7 days a week ensuring that each property is exposed to the maximum number of potential tenants. Our Prospective Tenant database anc contacts within the relocation industry are used in conjunction with our marketing strategies to further maximise this exposure. Our Owners also enjoy a high level of repeat business from tenants who actively seek to rent a home from our company, due to the high level of service that we provide to them during both the leasing period and their active tenancies.
